DO YOU TAKE APPOINTMENTS?

Nope! For your convenience, we are a walk-in facility and appointments are never needed.

What is the difference between Urgent Care and a 24-HR EMERGENCY HOSPITAL?

The mission of the urgent care is fill the gap between your primary care vet and the emergency room. We provide prompt, effective relief for cases that are not serious enough for the hospital, but are too pressing to wait until the next business day. We are unable to hospitalize at the urgent care which is the main difference between the facilities. The emergency hospital is the best place to go for true life threatening emergencies or for when your pet needs to stay the night. 

IS THERE AN EMERGENCY FEE FOR MY VISIT?

 At every visit, our veterinarians will provide a full examination of your pet. At either location if you come in before 10 PM, the exam fee is $99 no matter the reason you come in! Between 10 PM and 8 AM the exam fee is $139.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards, cash payments, Care Credit and ScratchPay. Payment is required at the time services are rendered. Click the links for more information and to apply.

DO YOU TRANSFER BETWEEN FACILITIES?

We easily share all records between hospitals and can seamlessly treat your pet between them. If your pet needs to be transferred, we will let the other facility know you are coming and get you directions. 

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON PRESCRIPTION MEDICATIONS?

We recognize that pet medications can be very expensive. We have an on-site pharmacy for immediate medication needs. We will also partner with local pharmacies to write prescriptions for the lowest cost generic alternatives. For long-term medications, we believe your primary care veterinarian is your best source for refills.

DO YOU PERFORM ROUTINE VETERINARY CARE?

Nope! We want to focus all our efforts on sick cats and dogs needing urgent care

MY PET IS SUFFERING. DO YOU OFFER PALLIATIVE CARE?

We are committed to providing care and comfort for your animal. While they are with us, we offer local and general anesthesia during procedures for their comfort and safety. Furthermore, if you feel your pet is suffering and is at the end of their life, we can offer compassionate euthanasia services when you are ready to say goodbye.

HOW DO YOU COMMUNICATE WITH MY PRIMARY CARE VET?

We provide your records through a portal to your primary care veterinaria. We will also email you the records from your visit directly. This way you may forward them to whomever you would like At your request, we will also happily print your records at the end of your visit, so you can have them with you for any immediate follow-up care.
